Vince Amaya began his career in the construction industry as an equipment repair technician. As his responsibilities grew, he moved into the management of both commercial and industrial buildings, including high-rise, multiple corporate centers and office complexes. Vince began his work with C & J as a senior technician and quickly rose to the position of Division Manager. His responsibilities include client schedules, operating budgets and overseeing the team of field superintendents and technicians.

MAJOR PROJECTS
Coordinated a team of professionals to upgrade the fire & life safety systems in two high-rise buildings (10 & 12 story) in San Jose, CA. This included installation of a new fire sprinkler & monitoring system with a new state-of-the-art emergency back-up fire pump system.

Coordinated a team of professionals to upgrade the HVAC system for two high-rise buildings which included two York screw-drive chillers, two cooling towers and all related VAV boxes, electrical and pneumatic equipment.
