Brett Johnson began his career in the painting and coatings industry in 1985 working with specialized coatings for custom homes and high-end commercial applications. He came to C & J in 1994 after the company he was working for relocated to Ohio. Hired on as a painter, Brett quickly rose to general superintendent of the painting division and then in 2004 became the Division Manager overseeing all painting and special coatings operations.
